Cedar Ridge Builders was founded in 2013 by Ben Coultish, who was born and raised in Prince Rupert before moving to the Kitimat/Terrace area to be a local firefighter. Now as a full time home builder, Ben understands the importance of living in a quality, safe, and stylish home. Ben and his team have built the majority of the new homes in Kitimat since Cedar Ridge’s inception and they are committed to building quality homes at guaranteed prices, with trust, communication, and customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Once we finalize the agreement to build your home, the price will be fixed unless you request changes that incur additional cost. We guarantee there will be no surprises!

From premium materials to upgrade fittings, your home will be built to last. We always adhere to our 280-point quality checklist and are registered with HPO so that your home comes with the Pacific Home Warranty.
