Cedar Ridge Builders was founded in 2013 by Ben Coultish, a local firefighter turned homebuilder with a passion for quality and community.

Born and raised in Prince Rupert, and living in the Kitimat/Terrace area since 2011, Ben brings his commitment to service, safety and craftsmanship to every home Cedar Ridge builds. Since day one, Cedar Ridge has been built on trust, communication, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction. Our homes are designed to last - and to build stronger, lasting neighbourhoods for generations to come.
